íàñòîÿùèì ñòàíäàðòîì, îáÿçàòåëüíû äëÿ áèáëèîòåê âñåõ òèïîâ è îðãàíîâ
íàó÷íî-òåõíè÷åñêîé èíôîðìàöèè ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèè â äîêóìåíòàöèè,
íàó÷íî-òåõíè÷åñêèõ, èíôîðìàöèîííûõ, ó÷åáíûõ è ñïðàâî÷íûõ èçäàíèÿõ.
Óñòàíîâëåííûå îïðåäåëåíèÿ ìîæíî ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè èçìåíÿòü ïî ôîðìå èçëîæåíèÿ,
